This week I made not 1 but 2 cards for the Thursday Challenge.
One I loved and the other I like a lot but it was not my favorite. I decided to post the one I liked a lot because it had more of the colors that were included in the inspiration pic.
After mulling it over in my head for a couple days, I decided I should really share the card that I loved.
If you saw the card from the Thursday challenge, you may recognize that is the same but different
Same design...different colors!
What do I use to create this beauty? aka Supply List
Stamp Set: Garden in Bloom
Paper: Chocolate Chip, Pool Party, Thick Whisper White and Blushing Bride Glimmer Paper
Ink: Chocolate Chip, Sweet Sugarplum and Pool Party
Tools: Big Shot, Sunshine Wishes Thinlits, Stampin' Trimmer, Fine Tip Glue Pen, Fast Fuse Adhesive
It's All in the Details
- If you look closely at the word "hope", you will see that there is the glimmer paper layered on top of Chocolate Chip--I did this to create a little lift and the illusion of a shadow. Adds just a little extra to the card.
I know the alternate card is very subtly different but I wanted to share it with you.
Blessings and Joy to you,
